New Work

It all began with the well known quote by Martin Luther King, Jr., “Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.” Taking steps toward something different and not knowing the outcome can be scary and exciting. At some point, courage shows up and we take the next step. This is the concept behind my series titled, “Stepping Stones”. There are baby steps, those small steps we take to get our feet wet. And there are big steps that can greatly impact our lives and those around us. Whatever steps we choose, it begins with moving outward, expanding towards something new. We often face challenges along the way but knowing we are moving from what was to what could be can be enough to take another step.
